Our Sentimental Journey on the Overtone Express - the pride and joy of the Olde Tag Line - was so much fun. We had a great time in a wonderful facility. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us, it's such a treat to perform for a live audience. Our special guest quartet, Whistle Junction, was a fan favorite. Here's to all the volunteers who come back, year after year, to help run the show from the sidelines - we couldn't do it without you. Also thanks to everyone who contributed to the fund raising events including the new Linda Johnson Scholarship. It is much appreciated.

;Do you ever look back fondly to the days when songs had hummable melodies and lyrics made sense? Instead of the endless grunting and Uh-Huh, Uh-Huh, there were words that meant something; phrases about yearning hearts and beautiful eyes and the classic ‘Hey non-ny ding dong’.
The 2017 Midwest Harmony Region 3 Competition in Springfield IL was an exciting event for the Yahara River Chorus. It’s always fun and inspiring to see our fellow Region 3 choruses and quartets perform. Part of the reason we take the stage is to test ourselves and see how we compare to previous years. But just as important is the idea of the performance as a way giving back to everyone in the organization who has helped us along our path to be better singers and performers. This is to show how far we’ve come because of your contributions - 'Thank You'.
